Rental:
Pine Lodge
is a four bedroom, two bath fully decorated home.
One master bedroom and full bath are located on the first level with three
bedrooms and one full bath on the second. Some other cozy features are, a pool
table & fireplace room and a bar area. Also includes a full kitchen with everything you
need, dining room and living room with a spectacular view of Little St. Germain
Lake.
This home is great for large families and can
accommodate eight or more people.
Rates:
$1,475.00 per week (8-10 Persons). $220.00 per night (2 night minimum).
Rates for 2008:
$ 1,650.00 per week (8-10 persons).
$240.00 per night (2 night minimum).
Three-Season Cottage
Rentals:
Our
Upper Pine
and
Lower Pine
lakeside cottages accommodate from four to six people per unit. Each cottage
has two bedrooms, a private bathroom with full tub and shower, screened porch,
campfire pit, and full kitchen with microwave, dishes pots and pans.
Rates:
$675.00 per week (4 Persons). $100.00 per night (2 night minimum).
Rates for 2008:
$750.00 per week (4 persons).
$110.00 per night (2 night minimum).

| Rates are based on 4-person
occupancy for Upper & Lower Pine and 8-person occupancy for Pine Lodge. A
charge of $10.00 per person, per night will be assessed for each additional

week. Outboard motor rentals are available at a rate of $75.00 per week. |
